The wife and I went for a 13-week sonogram today and the doctor was kind enough to let us know that we’ll be having a boy. It’s pretty early so they gave themselves a 5% margin for error. I don’t know about you, but a 95% chance sounds like good odds to me.
I told my wife that I’d be happy with a boy or a girl and I meant it. However, I think she can tell that I’m pretty excited at the thought of a son. Now I can start counting the days until we go shopping for his first shotgun. Well, I suppose I should count in increments of years. Is 5 too young for dove hunting?
Here’s a picture of our baby boy at 13 weeks.
